Plan the project around the debris
Choosing a container should start with the type and volume of debris, not simply the name of the project. Bulky household debris and dense materials such as concrete have very different planning requirements.
Projects this service can support
- Home cleanouts
- Renovation debris
- Roofing tear-offs
- Construction and demolition
- Heavy material projects
What to confirm before delivery
Share the project address, the material you expect to remove, an approximate volume, the preferred placement area and your target delivery and pickup timing. If access is tight, mention gates, overhead clearance, soft ground, slopes or other conditions that could affect placement.
Loading and material considerations
Keep debris below the top edge, distribute heavier material rather than concentrating it in one area, and keep prohibited or uncertain materials out until they have been confirmed. For dense materials such as concrete, dirt, brick or masonry, ask about acceptance and weight limits before loading.
Use the planning resources
For more detailed preparation, see the Dumpster Sizing Guide, Safe Loading Techniques and Weight Limits & Tonnage. For projects involving roofing, also review Roofing Debris Weight Planning.
Get project-specific availability
Container options, rental periods, pricing and accepted materials can vary by project and disposal requirements. Request a quote with the address and project details so the available option can be confirmed.
